YSB Quality Assurance Program

Quality Assurance at YSB is driven by a key overarching goal:

To provide programs of quality for our clients through ongoing development, evolution and improvement of services so as to assist them in becoming productive members of their community, attaining their full personal potential, and making effective, positive and enduring health and lifestyle decisions.

The need for a Quality Assurance process is increasingly required by our funders and by our accreditation body, Children’s Mental Health Ontario.

YSB reports are clustered around three components:

  • client service efficacy
  • staff resources and well-being
  • administrative efficacy
