Mind Matters in partnership with members for YSB Foundation’s Youth Cabinet members are excited to share their own experiences and join in a meaningful dialogue on how to support their peers.
You too will also hear from a member of YSB’s Mental Health Team as they provide practice suggestions on ways to cope during these times of amplified stress.
