Support a young mom and baby this Mother’s Day
There is a vulnerable population in our community that is often overlooked.
They are the young mothers who have experienced real traumas, such as homelessness and poverty, and now as young adults are working to give themselves and their children better opportunities.
May 8th is Mothers Day, a day we celebrate all Moms.
We invite you to make a gift to YSB in honour or in memory of your Mom, and in support of the once-homeless and vulnerable young mothers who are working hard to give themselves and their children the best opportunities in life.
Your donation will support young moms residing in our Youth Housing Hub – a residential apartment building home to several young mothers and their children, and which also offers a range of virtual supports such as employment services, and mental health counselling.
This Mothers Day, help give young moms in our community the help they need to thrive as individuals and as mothers.
