Adam Khimji has diverse experience across multiple fields, including economic policy, marketing and communications, politics and government relations. His career spans roles in government, where he has contributed to policy development and investment strategies, as well as positions in the private sector, including digital marketing. Adam has led initiatives in program management, and communications strategy. He has also worked with employment equity groups such as people with disabilities, Indigenous peoples, and visible minorities, ensuring inclusive and equitable outcomes in various capacities.
Adam’s commitment to community service stems from his own lived experience of benefiting from community services at a young age, which drives his passion for giving back. He has served as Director and Treasurer on the Board of Pathways Employment Help Center (PEHC) in London, Ontario, contributing to strategic planning, program evaluation, and financial oversight. Additionally, he has been involved with the Library and Archives Canada Youth Advisory Council, and as a Director on the Board of the London Down Syndrome Association (LDSA), reflecting his dedication to youth empowerment and community development.
Adam holds a Master’s degree in Political Management from Carleton University, and an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University. He is passionate about leveraging his time to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Ottawa’s youth.
