We regularly invite clients to share their experiences so we can strengthen our services and ensure they meet your needs. Feedback may be collected through surveys, conversations, or other engagement opportunities.
All responses are reviewed carefully and used to guide service improvements, planning, and staff training. Where possible, we also share back what we’ve heard and the changes we are making as a result. Your input is confidential and plays an important role in shaping the services we provide.

Would you like to get involved in other aspects of YSB? There are lots of options! Contact us at 613-729-1000 or info@ysb.ca if you would like to be involved. Suggestions include: attend a focus group, share your story on our website or in other ways, participate on an advisory committee, participate in our fundraising activities, help with our advocacy projects, provide volunteer administrative help, etc.
