Yen Do is the Acting Chief Digital Officer, Information Technology Services, and has worked at Algonquin College since 2016. Yen previously held the positions of Associate Director, IT Service Delivery, and Manager, IT Application Development at the College. Yen has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles encompassing IT planning, governance, cybersecurity and data management both in the private and public sectors. Yen holds a Bachelor of Science, specialization in Psychology, from the University of Alberta and graduated with distinction from the Information Technology Institute (ITI), Ottawa, with a post-graduate diploma in Applied Information Technology (AIT).  She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) with additional certifications in ITIL and LEAN.
