Ces deux organismes poursuivent un objectif commun\u00a0: transformer les services de sant\u00e9 mentale pour les enfants et les adolescents de sorte \u00e0 fournir aux enfants, aux adolescents et \u00e0 leurs familles les soins de qualit\u00e9 dont ils ont besoin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 titre de vice-pr\u00e9sidente, Joanne fera partie des \u00e9quipes de leadership du BSJ et de CHEO et veillera \u00e0 ce que les services et les programmes demeurent accessibles aux membres de la communaut\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des obstacles tels que la culture, le sexe, l\u2019\u00e2ge, l\u2019isolement, l\u2019itin\u00e9rance, la langue, les handicaps physiques ou cognitifs, la pauvret\u00e9, l\u2019identit\u00e9 sexuelle et la race.<\/p>\n<p>Dirigeante accomplie et novatrice dans le domaine des soins de sant\u00e9, Joanne compte plus de 20\u00a0ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans la mise en \u0153uvre de changements transformateurs destin\u00e9s \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des clients et des familles. Elle \u00e9tait charg\u00e9e de la prestation de services communautaires et de programmes de sant\u00e9 mentale sur la c\u00f4te ouest, avant de rejoindre les Services de sant\u00e9 Royal Ottawa il y a dix ans, o\u00f9 elle a dirig\u00e9 et mis en \u0153uvre des changements op\u00e9rationnels transformateurs, \u00e9labor\u00e9 une nouvelle strat\u00e9gie audacieuse et d\u00e9fini un mandat acad\u00e9mique fond\u00e9 sur la recherche pour l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0En tant qu\u2019organisme directeur pour la r\u00e9gion d\u2019Ottawa, le BSJ est ravi d\u2019accueillir Joanne au sein de son \u00e9quipe\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Wes Richardson, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral par int\u00e9rim du BSJ. \u00ab\u00a0Sous sa direction, nous veillerons \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de soins des enfants, des jeunes et des familles en nous assurant que les services communautaires de sant\u00e9 mentale et de toxicomanie d\u2019Ottawa sont bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb En tant qu\u2019organisme directeur, le BSJ supervise l\u2019\u00e9laboration, la mise en \u0153uvre et l\u2019orientation strat\u00e9gique d\u00e9crite dans le Plan de sant\u00e9 mentale communautaire pour les enfants et les adolescents d\u2019Ottawa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le fait de mettre les jeunes sur la voie de la sant\u00e9 mentale et du bien-\u00eatre change toute la trajectoire de leur vie\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute Alex Munter, pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de CHEO. \u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 avec Joanne depuis son arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Ottawa et je sais qu\u2019elle saura parfaitement s\u2019int\u00e9grer \u00e0 notre \u00e9quipe de sant\u00e9 mentale passionn\u00e9e, travaillante et pleine d\u2019imagination\u00a0\u00bb.
